Leap Seconds Support in VMware Product

We all might be aware about the Leap Seconds. A leap second is a one-second adjustment that is occasionally applied to Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) in order to correspond to the mean solar time.To ensure the correct alignment of astronomical and atomic time, the International Earth Rotation & Reference Systems Service has called for an extra second to be added to Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) at 23:59:59 on 30 June 2015. This article talk about the VMware products  and any know issues with this leap seconds support.

This will be the 26th leap second adjustment since 1972, and represents an important consideration for providers of computing, networking, and software solutions.Systems configured as Network Time Protocol (NTP) clients, including VMware ESXi and VMware Appliances, will receive a NTP packet with a leap second flag on the day of the adjustment.
